Vitro was founded in 2012 by Michael Halling, an experienced consultant with over 25 years in business consulting, resource management and analysis. Mike saw that suppliers were not providing enough support for complex change programs, especially in preparing for process and system changes and communicating milestones clearly.
He started Vitro to offer the high-quality service he wanted as a client and improve the HR technology experience.
